Recently the world paused and worked together to keep the lives of the most vulnerable safe from the horrific toll the COVID-19 pandemic brought to our doorsteps. At Xavier we made the difficult decision to postpone Forever Saints Day (FSD) 2020. In the meantime, we have focused on our students, teachers, and families and adjusted our entire environments to help all move forward through this "new normal." And, most importantly, we prayed.
Now, we stand ready for FSD2020 to take flight (with a slightly altered approach). We will be checking in with a series of live interviews and updates on Friday, May from Noon to 8:20 p.m. Join our hosts, Mitch Fick (X05) and Katie (Mills) Giorgio (X99), as they catch up with alumni, teachers and students who are making a difference during these times! Forever Saints Day 2020 will feature live updates & interviews about:
“Saints of Service” outreach
Xavier, LaSalle Regis Alumni service
Parish and partner school innovation
Operation “School’s at Home” Yard Sign efforts
Challenges to give back and make a difference
United Saints of America giving challenge (all 50 states)
Hourly prizes
And more!
Mark your calendar and tune in for inspiration, interviews, and a feel-good event to celebrate the blessings that come with being #ForeverASaint!
