The Dance team is scheduled to compete at the Union National Championship in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, February 15th and Sunday, February 16th. The Saints are performing in both the Pom and Hip Hop competitions. Good luck to Coach Novotny and all members of the Xavier Dance team at Nationals!

The Show Choirs perform on Saturday, February 15th in the Davenport Central Great River Invitational at the Adler Theater. Xuberance takes the stage at 10:30 a.m. followed by Xhilaration at 2:00 p.m. Good luck to Choir Director Phil Schroetter and all members of the Show Choir program!
Xavier High School is hosting the Xavier Catholic Schools Band Festival on Wednesday, February 19th. Performances begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Ron Thillen Gymnasium.
The IHSAA Boys State Swimming Meet is scheduled for Friday, February 14th and Saturday, February 15th at the University of Iowa Campus Recreation and Wellness Center. Good luck to the following Saints at State!

The Bowling team competed in an MVC match on February 7th against Iowa City High. The Girls Bowling team won their match by a score of 2455 to 2384. The Saints were led by Aubrey Sires who rolled a high game of 207 and high series of 382. Jack Lammers led the Saints with a high game of 268 and a high series of 517. The 517 series was the 2nd highest in school history. Way to go Jack!
The Bowling teams compete in their final match of the regular season on Friday, 14th. The Saints are hosting Linn-Mar at May City Bowl beginning at 3:45 p.m.
The Girls Bowling team competes on Monday, February 17th in a 2A State Qualifying Meet at Kingpin Center in Decorah beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Boys Bowling team competes in a 2A State Qualifying Meet on Tuesday, February 18th at Kingpin Center in Decorah beginning at 10:00 a.m. Good luck to Coach Camacho and all members of the Bowling teams as the “road to state” begins!
The Boys Wrestling team competes on Saturday, February 15th in a 3A District Meet at Waverly-Shell Rock High School. Meet time is 10:00 a.m. Good luck to Coach Chambers and all members of the team as the compete to qualify for State!
The Girls Basketball team is ranked 8th in the IGHSAU 4A Poll. The Saints beat Iowa City Liberty on February 11th by a score of 65 to 55. The team has a current record of 11-2 in the MVC and an overall record of 16-4. The Saints play Iowa City West on Friday, February 14th at Xavier. Game time is 7:30 p.m. Make plans now to come and support the team as they compete for an outright MVC Divisional Championship!
The Boys Basketball team is ranked 10th in the IHSAA 3A Poll. The Saints beat Iowa City Liberty on February 11th by a score of 75 to 65. The team has a current record of 7-4 in the MVC and an overall record of 12-6. The Saints play again on Friday, February 14th at Iowa City West. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
