Fall Musical
The Fall Musical, State Fair, will be held in the Regis-LaSalle Theatre on the
following dates:

• Friday, November 15th at 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, November 16th at 1:00 and 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday, November 17th at 2:00 p.m.

Swimming & Diving
Swimming & Diving Meet:

• Sarah Foerster & Lucy Nunez in the 200 Medley Relay
• Lilly Anctil in the 50 Free, 100 Fly, 200 Free Relay, & 400 Free Relay

The Girls State Swimming Meet is scheduled for Friday, November 15th and
Saturday, November 16th at the Marshalltown YMCA. Good luck to Sarah, Lucy,
& Lilly at State!

Girls Wrestling
The Girls Wrestling team opens the season on Tuesday, November 19th at the
Little Hawk Tournament hosted by Iowa City High. Meet time is 4:30 p.m. Good
luck to Coach Reicks and all members of the team!

Robotics
The FTC Robotics meet was held on Tuesday, November 12th at Linn-Mar’s Hazel
Point School. Xavier’s first team, #5143, placed 4th out of 20 competing teams
with their speedy robot Boris. Xavier’s second team, #24592, placed 10th. Way
to go Saints!

Football
The 2024 4A District 3 Football Team has been released. Congratulations to the
following Saints:
First Team: Ryan Kelly, Gunnar Black, Jack Downey, Carter Hoffmann, Jack Stevenson, Cash Parks, & Jean Ngoma
Second Team: Zander Armstrong, Caleb Loffswold, Dustin Cook, Nolan Wilgenbusch, Colin Miller, & Michael Bean

Special Awards:

• Gunnar Black was named Offensive Lineman of the Year
• Owen Vasquez was named the Placekicker of the Year

Xavier Dance Team
The Dance team competed on Saturday, November 9th in the Lion Lineage at
Linn-Mar. The Saints placed 1st in the Hip-Hop Division and placed 2nd in the
Pom Division. The Hip-Hop routine won the Judge’s Choice Award for “Most
Entertaining” performance of the day. Congratulations to all members of the
Dance team on an outstanding competition at Linn-Mar!
Congratulations to the following Dance team Soloists at Linn-Mar:

• 2nd place, Olivia Neal, 11th & 12th grade division
• 3rd place, Helen Murphy, 11th & 12th grade division
• 2nd place, Marley Beenken, 10th grade division
• 3rd place, Clairre Regenitter, 10th grade division

Band
Congratulations to the following Band members who were accepted into the
NEIBA District Honor Band. They will perform with other NE Iowa Band members
on Saturday, December 7th @ Oelwein High School.
