Spring Play
The production of “The Play that Goes Wrong” had three fantastic performances! Congratulations to the Cast and Crew of the show on a great weekend!
Girls Soccer:
Girls soccer defeated Marion this past Saturday. They are 2-2 on the season and will play next week on the 18th.
Girls Golf:
The Girls golf team competed at Finkbine on Tuesday . Meera Julka finished 3rd overall shooting a 44. The team shot a 220 for the day.
The girls are scheduled to be back in action on Monday the 18th at Bunker Hill in Dubuque.
Track and Field:
Boys and Girls track has been underway this week. There has been a tremendous amount of success!
On Saturday both boys and girls went to Kingston Stadium for the Kennedy International. Here are the top results:
Boys Results top 3:
Sprint Medley 3rd place: Luke Efting, Grayson Hartman, Aidan McDermott, Jevin Rexroth
Shuttle Hurdle Relay 3rd place: Will Hacke, Cole Beasler-Weber, Quinn Oleson, Grayson Hartman
100m Dash 1st place: Aidan McDermott
110 High Hurdles 2nd place: Grayson Hartman
400 Low Hurdles 3rd place: Quinn Oleson

High Jump 1st: Ava Van Berkem
400m Hurdles 1st: Emma Arnold. She broke her own school record.
On Tuesday, the boys and girls headed to Prairie for their Invitational. Here are the top results from that meet.
Boys who placed in the top 3:
Luke Efting placed 1st in the 200m dash
Aidan McDermott placed 3rd in the long jump
Aidan McDermott tied for 1st place in the 100m dash
Grayson Hartman placed 1st in the 110 high hurdles
Girls who placed in the top 3:
Emma Arnold - placed 1st in the 400m hurdles
Emma set a NEW SCHOOL RECORD and hit the automatic qualifying time for the Drake Relays- Congratulations Emma!

Tennis:
The boys tennis team defeated Cedar Falls 7-2 on Saturday. They picked up wins from Brady Horstmann, Declan Coe, Ryan Schmit, Hugh Courter, Trenton Link, & Quincey Johnson in singles. The doubles teams of Courter/Coe and Link/Schmit picked up wins.
The Girls Tennis team defeated Cedar Falls 6-3 and Waterloo East 9-0 on Saturday Singles wins by Tallett, Link, Barnes, and Braksiek. Barnes and Zittergruen clinch the meet with a doubles win. Versus Waterloo East Singles wins by Braksiek, Zittergruen, Cobb, Schuchmann and Tobin. Quinn/Smith and Tobin/Schaub also win.
On Tuesday: the Girls Tennis on the 7-2 win over Iowa City Liberty. They picked up wins from Carstensen, Tallett, Link, Braksiek and all three doubles matches.
The Boys tennis team won 9-0 victory over Iowa City Liberty. They picked up wins from every player and doubles team.
