Swimming
Congratulations to swimmers Brian Foerster and Spencer Kramer on participating in the State Swimming and Diving meet held at Linn-Mar this past Saturday. Both represented Xavier through our Co-op program with Cedar Rapids Public Schools.
Brain Foerster finished 8th place overall as part of the Medley Relay for Washington!
Bowling
Congratulations to Coach Camacho and the Boys Bowling team on their 1st place District win on Monday with a 3056 team series to auto-qualify for the State Tournament. The Saints led the entire meet due to this team effort!
Congratulations to Sophomore Jacob Sires on his Individual District title. He bowled a high game of 257 followed by a 204 for a high series of 461 to win the title by 1 pin!
State bowling will be held next Wednesday at 8:30am at Cadillac Lanes in Waterloo.
Wrestling
Our Saints finished their Dual season with an appearance in the Regional Dual tournament on Wednesday. This is the first time in program history that the team has qualified for this event.
Five (5) Saints qualified for the individual state tournament held in Des Moines. Congratulations to Ronan Thomas, Christian Stanek, Caelen Shannon, Ivan Thomas, and Ryan Volk on this accomplishment. Christian, Ivan, and Ryan were all District Champions with Ronan and Caelen finishing as runner-up to qualify for the tournament.
State wrestling starts today and goes through Saturday. Class 3A starts at 1:30pm.

Boys Basketball
The Saints Boys basketball team is 9-10 (7-8 MVC) on the year. Defeated Jefferson on Friday and Iowa City High on Saturday this past week. They finish the regular season on the road tonight at Wahlert. Varsity tip is set for 7:30pm
For the postseason, the Saints will travel to Marion High School for the first round of postseason action on Monday the 22nd at 7:00pm.
Girls Basketball
The Saints Girls basketball team moved to 10-6 (9-5 MVC) on the season. The ladies defeated Jefferson on Friday to finish the regular season.
For the postseason, the Saints earned a first round by. They will take on the winners of Dubuque Wahlert on Saturday the 20th at 7:00pm here at Xavier.
