Boys & Girls Cross Country:
On Saturday, the boys and girls competed at Linn-Mar and ran very well. Almost every individual ran a personal best or season best. The boys won the meet with an almost perfect team score of 16. Top 10 finishes:

The Girls competed well in the JV race. Top 10 finishers:

They will compete again today as they travel to Dubuque for the MVC Valley Divisional meet. Running starts at 2:30pm.
Next Week: Both teams will head to Monticello for their State Qualifying Meet. The meet will be held on Wednesday.
Boys Golf:
Congratulations to our Boys’ Golf team with their 9th place overall finish at the 4A State Golf Tournament this past weekend in Des Moines. They were led by Senior Matthew Schmit who scored an overall 159. Great season from our boys golf team.
The All-Metro and All-State Golf Teams will be released in the next few weeks.
Swimming:
On Thursday 10/8, both teams swam really well.
Great work out of our ladies in the pool on Tuesday 10/13 when CRW took on Iowa City High.
The Divers will be in action tonight as both CRK and CRW travel to Waterloo.
On Saturday, both teams will travel to Linn-Mar for their final regular season meet. Swimming starts at noon.
Volleyball
The Saints had a great weekend in Ankeny. They defeated Centennial 3-1 and took 5A #1 Dowling to 5 sets.
On Tuesday this week, the Saints traveled to Cedar Falls for their MVC Pool play that replaced the traditional MVC tournament. The team went 3-0 on the night beating Washington, Kennedy, and Cedar Falls 2-0 each.
On Saturday, they will travel to Iowa City Liberty for a final tune-up match prior to regional play. The Varsity only match will start at 1:00pm.
Next week, the Saints start regional play. They will have a first round bye on Tuesday and will host the winner of Pella and Grinnell on Thursday at 7:00pm.
Football:
The top ranked Saints defeated Benton 39-0 last Friday. They move to 7-0 on the year and 5-0 in the district. Post-season play starts this week and the Saints earned a 1st round bye.
Next Friday, they will host the winner of Marion/Clear Creek Amana in the 2nd round of playoffs. Game time is 7:00pm. Ticket information will be coming soon.
