Xavier Seniors and Parents:

2024 Graduation Week is Nearly Here!

The events of the week for seniors are explained below:

 Monday, May 13

• Beyond Xavier Shirt Day:  Graduates may wear t-shirts/sweatshirts depicting next year’s plans (college, military, trades, etc.) in place of their dress code polo. (Dress code pants must be worn.)

• Senior Exams 3B, 4B

Tuesday, May 14 

• Dress Code Day

• Senior Locker Cleanout

• Senior Exams 3A, 4A

Wednesday, May 15

• Dress Code Day

• Senior Exams 1B, 2B

• Afternoon: makeup exams or seniors dismissed

• Baccalaureate Mass will be held at 7:00 pm in the Ron Thillen Gymnasium.  Parents, please sit with your student. This is a dress-up occasion, but no caps and gowns.

• Outstanding Fines, Fees (including Tuition), and Focus Time: On Wednesday, May 15, students and parents will receive an email of any outstanding tuition, unserved Focus Time, unpaid fines (parking/library/textbook/iPad, etc.).  Seniors are to bring in any items or money Thursday or Friday morning - everything must be turned in by Friday and ALL Focus Time must be served to walk at graduation on Sunday. 

 Thursday, May 16

• Dress Code Day

• Senior Exams 1A, 2A

 Friday, May 17

• Casual Dress Day 

• Senior Breakfast and Graduation Practice will take place starting at 8:30 am on Friday in the Schubert Commons.  

• Seniors will be given any money left in their lunch accounts before breakfast, unless they have a sibling, in which case the money will be transferred to that sibling’s account.

• Immunization records will be sent home at this time.

• Students with medications in the Health Services Center will have those sent home with them Friday unless other arrangements have been made.

• Senior fines, fees and tuition are due Friday, May 17. Outstanding Focus Time and all fees must be served/paid before they can walk at graduation on Sunday. 

 Sunday, May 19

• Graduates arrive at 1:30 pm and report to the theatre – don’t forget your cap, gown, and tassel! 

• The Graduation Ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm.  Doors open at 1:00 pm.

• Gym Set-Up for Commencement

• There will be a live feed available at xaviersaints.org/2024. There will also be a recording of the same live feed on xaviersaints.org/2024 after the ceremony as well.
