Student Belonging Pick-Up

In order to allow for students to pick up belongings, Xavier will allow two windows of time for students to come into the building in a restrictive manner. The two scheduled times include Wednesday March 18 and Wednesday March 25 from 11:00-1:00. In order to maintain social distancing recommendations, please use the following guidelines:

• Freshmen and Sophomores enter through the main south  doors. (42nd Street parking)
• Juniors and Seniors enter through the main east doors (Activities lot parking)
• Students are asked to go directly to their locker and exit within 10 minutes. 
• Students are asked to wait outside at a distance in order to allow a reasonable number of students in the building at a time.

Administrators, staff and limited faculty will be on hand in accordance with social distancing recommendations

If possible, students are asked to use the following times (on both days):

• 11:00 - 11:30 A-F
• 11:30 - 12:00 G-L
• 12:00 - 12:30 M-R
• 12:30 - 1:00 S-Z
