  Cost $35 - REGISTRATION CLOSES ON APRIL 18TH
  Come join the Xavier baseball coaching staff along with current and former players for a baseball camp at Xavier High School. Campers will receive instruction, take part in drills and learn the fundamentals required to be a successful baseball player. This camp is open to all players, regardless of experience or skill level

  Cost $65
  Join Coach Lilly, who has taken 16 Xavier teams to the state tournament and has won five state championships including the most recent in 2022, and learn basketball drills and how to shoot fundamentally before you head into your next season. Champions are made in the off season.

  Introduction to Girls Wrestling Grades 1-6
  Presented by Xavier High School Wrestling Staff and Xavier Varsity Girl Wrestlers
  Campers will be introduced to the exciting and fast growing sport of girls wrestling
  Opportunities to be introduced to some fundamental rules and maneuvers in the sport of wrestling as well as teaching more advanced techniques
  
  Wrestling Discovery Camp Grades 7-12
  Designed for girls who "Aren't sure?" if wrestling is for them. Camp is designed to introduce girls to the sport of wrestling. Camp will include explanation of the sport, physical and mental preparations required, confidence building, wrestling strategies. We will introduce campers to some of the basic wrestling moves involved in the sport. Girls will have an opportunity to wrestle with other girls in a non-competitive environment. Come explore what girls wrestling is all about.

  Campers will work with Xavier High School vocal music staff and members of Xavier's two show choirs, Xhilaration and Xuberance on skills such as vocal production, dance, performance and team building. In addition to the daily classes and performances by XHS students, the campers will prepare a show for friends and family on Friday evening @ 5:30

  TRACK CAMP (CO-ED)

  Grades 5-9
  Cost $65
  Each camper will be given an opportunity to develop skills in sprinting, longer distance running, starts, relay hand offs, hurdles, high jump, long jump, shot put, and discus. The campers will also learn a warm up routine and learn why warming up and cooling down are so important for track & field. Station teaching, drills, games, and relays will be used. On Friday the campers will compete in a mini track meet. Parents are welcome to come and watch. The camp will be run by the Xavier boys track coaches with the help of past and present Xavier track athletes.

  The Xavier volleyball camp will cover all aspects of competitive volleyball, including serving, setting, attacking, blocking defense, and passing.
