Option 1: PowerSchool Public Portal (by desktop)
- Follow https://xcs.powerschool.com/public and log in to PowerSchool by entering your username and password.
- Click Forms in the left navigation column to complete this year’s registration forms.

Option 2: PowerSchool App (by mobile device)
- Download the PowerSchool App on a mobile device and enter this code to connect to our PowerSchool: SBDK
- Touch More in the lower-right corner.
- Touch Forms to complete this year’s registration forms.

After Accessing PowerSchool...

After accessing PowerSchool from the Public Portal or from the App, accessing the “Forms” option from the left column will allow you to complete the registration process.
- Some registration forms can be submitted for all students at once by clicking on the triangle next to the Submit button, then selecting Submit for Family.
- Registration will need to be completed for all students as some forms are per student only.
- To view your status and confirm that all forms have been completed please click on “Forms” in the left column.

*Make sure that all forms for all students are complete by ensuring that none of the necessary forms are marked “Empty.” (For students previously in PowerSchool this includes all forms except the Home Language Survey and all forms for transfer students.)
Important Form Notes:- Please do NOT type in all caps
- Contacts - It is critical to ensure contact information for parental and emergency contacts is accurate. Mailing lists and notifications are pulled from the information in the Student Contacts portion of this form.
- Be sure to include the correct “Relationship” type.
- Make sure the SMS box is check-marked by your phone number in order to receive delay/cancelation notifications.
