Dancing with the Saints culminates with a high-energy live event in which our stars and their dance pros perform in front of nearly 1,000 attendees who are treated to a full sensory experience of dinner, dancing, music, lights, fellowship and fun. We invite YOU to plan to vote for our stars AND save the date for our live event on January 18, 2020. You won’t want to miss it!

Dancing with the Saints:
Season 5 Live EventDate: Saturday, January 18, 2020
Location: Doubletree Hotel, 350-1st Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids – Grand Ballroom
Parking: Parking is available in the ramp attached to the Doubletree Hotel and across the street in the parkade for a fee; some on-street parking is also available.
Attire: We recommend guests dress as they would if they were attending a wedding.
Dietary Restrictions: Please email any dietary restrictions to dwts@xaviersaints.org by January 10th.

Important Live Event Attendee Information...
We are excited to present our 5th annual Dancing With the Saints live event on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, with proceeds benefiting students and teachers through the development of Active Learning Classrooms at Xavier High School! Thank you for purchasing a ticket/table and for your support – this night would not be possible without you. We have an entertaining evening planned and are very excited that you have chosen to be part of it!

On-Site Registration Table:
There is one registration area to check-in and get your table number upon arrival. We hope this makes your guest experience very smooth. To assist with voting for your favorite couple, you will also be able to add your credit card information at the registration table to make the voting process easier.
The People’s Choice Trophy is given to the favorite dancing couple as determined by your donations. The person who has raised the most money at the end of the evening will be awarded this trophy as well as helps fund Active Learning Classrooms for Teachers/Students at Xavier!
When Voting:- If you purchased your ticket/table online, please continue using that same email each time you login to avoid duplicates in our database system, and keep voting for your favorite couple!
- If your guests have not registered to vote yet, they may create an online account by visiting https://one.bidpal.net/dwts2020/welcome to “SIGN IN” (upper right hand corner box) and set up your account. Please be sure to include a credit card number and a mobile phone number. This information will allow you to vote and receive text updates with important links on the day of the event.
- This registration will allow you to vote for your favorite dancers during the event, and purchase wine/beer buckets from your dinner table prior to the program starting. Buckets will be delivered during intermission.
Itinerary:- 5:45 pm – Check-in, registration, cocktails with cash bar, appetizers served
- 6:20 pm - Dinner Seating
- 6:30 pm - Dinner
- 7:30 pm - Program Begins
- 10:15 pm - Program Ends and DJ/Dance Begins
- 1:00 am - Dance Ends

If you would like to be added to a waiting list for tickets (should they become available), email us at dwts@xaviersaints.org.
For Those Who Have Tickets...
All individual ticket purchasers will be placed randomly at tables of other individual ticket holders. If you would like to sit with other individuals, please request this when your tickets are purchased in the special requests section – unless all tickets are purchased at the same time, we cannot guarantee this but will work to honor your requests!
All ticket sales are final - no refunds.
All online voting/donations and ticket sales will be processed through Xavier’s selected third party online interface, BidPal/OneCause.
