The Xavier Foundation restructured its annual appeals in 2020-2021 to fall under one larger branded name: Xavier Impact Fund. This effort addresses specific, key needs at Xavier. Last year's effort made an impact in the following ways:
We need your help to keep this momentum moving in 2021-2022!
Xavier Impact Fund uses funds raised from outreach to parishioners, businesses, and alumni to specifically address the needs of Xavier High School in the specific areas of Family Financial Assistance, growing the Teacher Salary & Benefits Endowment, and the advancement of Faith & Academic programming at Xavier.
FAMILY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The need is real and we want Catholic education at Xavier to remain available and affordable for
all families.
TEACHER ENDOWMENT
Xavier teachers earn, on average, substantially less than their public school counterparts. This endowment, supported by Xavier Impact Fund, has been established to close that gap.
FAITH & ACADEMICS
This is the core of Xavier, and we are growing our faith initiatives and academics like never before. The new XCEED Conference and Communities program are just two examples of why Xavier stands out as a light of Christ in this world.
Xavier Impact Fund is supported by the efforts of the Xavier High School Foundation, a non-profit organization established to raise and accept contributions to provide financial assistance to Xavier High School. The Foundation is responsible for acquisition, investment, maintenance and disbursal of assets from a trust fund set up to provide a third source of income beyond tuition and parish subsidies.
