GO SAINTS! XHS Activities Weekly Highlights: Feb. 25, 2021

Bowling
Congratulations to Coach Camacho and the Boys Bowling team on their 3rd place overall team finish at the 2A State Bowling Meet yesterday. The team used an outstanding baker series to secure the 3rd place trophy and bowl a 3197 overall.
Congratulations to Senior Justin Korbel on his Individual 9th place finish. He bowled a high game of 225 followed by a 222 for a high series of 447 to claim a top 10 finish!

Wrestling
Five (5) Saints qualified for the individual state tournament held in Des Moines. Congratulations to Ronan Thomas, Christian Stanek, Caelen Shannon, Ivan Thomas, and Ryan Volk on this accomplishment.
Christian Stanek finished 3rd overall and finished 38-1 on the year. Ivan Thomas finished 5th overall and finished 36-2 on the year. Ryan Volk finished 6th overall and 33-7 on the year.
Boys Basketball
The Saints Boys basketball team finished the regular season at 10-10 on the year. On Monday, they defeated Marion 51-33 in the first round of substrate basketball. Tonight the Saints take on Davenport Assumption in the Sub-state Semi-Finals. Game time is set for 7:00pm
Girls Basketball
The Saints Girls basketball team finished the season 10-7 (9-5 MVC) on the season.
