All State Music
Next week is the All-State Festival at Iowa State University on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Congratulations again to our Saints that made this prestigious group and good luck. Those Saints are Braedon Roling, Greta Schaub, Jacob Sires, Isabella Anderson, Faith Karl, and Timothy Lesnik
Drama Production
Break a Leg to all of our students and directors participating in the musical “Newsies.” Show times are Friday the 12th at 7:00pm, Saturday the 13th at 7:00pm, and Sunday the 14th at 2:00pm. This show will feature over 60 of our Saints on stage so make sure to get your tickets.
Football:
The 4A #2 ranked Saints (10-1) defeated Webster City last week 24-13 in the Quarter Final Round of 4A playoffs. Tonight, the Saints will take on Webster City in the UNI Dome. Kickoff is set for 7:00pm. You can purchase tickets online or at the gate.

2nd Team: Nate Westhoff, Josef Lemker, Thomas Sundell, and Andy Kram

Volleyball:
Congratulations to our two Saints that made the IGCA Academic All-State Team: Maya Karl and Ava Hunt.
Dance
The Xavier Dance team will be competing in the Stack the Stands competition at Prairie High School on Saturday the 13th.
Cheerleading
The Saints Varsity cheer squad competed at the Iowa Cheer Coaches Association State Championships last Saturday. The team finished 11th overall for our class in the Dance division.
Swimming and Diving
Congratulations to all of our swimmers and divers competing in regionals last week. Here are the top results for following swimmers:
Casey Gannon: 2nd in the 200 medley relay, 3rd in the 500 freestyle, 3rd in the 100 breastroke
Anne Baumann: 2nd in the medley relay, 3rd in 100 backstroke, 1st in 400 free relay
Maria trotta: 2nd in 50 freestyle, 2nd in 100 freestyle, 2nd in 200 freestyle relay, 1st in 400 freestyle relay
Meera Julka: 2nd in 200 medley relay, 2nd in 200 freestyle relay
State qualifiers for Girls Swimming:
Casey Gannon: 200 medley relay, 500 freestyle, 100 breastroke
Anne Baumann: 200 medley relay, 200 IM, 100 backstroke, 400 freestyle relay
Maria trotta: 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle relay, 400 freestyle relay
Meera Julka: 200 medley relay, 100 butterfly, 200 freestyle relay
These ladies will be competing this weekend,Friday the 12th and Saturday the 13th, at the State Swimming and Diving Championships at the Marshalltown YMCA/YWCA. Competition starts with diving at 11am Friday followed by swimming prelims at 5:00pm. Tickets are $10
