2025 Graduation Week is Nearly Here!
The events for seniors are explained below:
Thursday, May 8
“B” Day Exam Prep

“A” Day Exam Prep
Beyond Xavier Shirt Day: Graduates may wear t-shirts/sweatshirts depicting next year’s plans (college, military, trades, careers, etc.) in place of their dress code polo. Dress code pants must be worn.

Senior Class Photo - Students will wear their graduation gowns (no cap/tassel)
Honors Assembly
Baccalaureate Mass will be held at 7:00pm at St. John XXIII. Parents, please sit with your student. This is a dress-up occasion, but no caps and gowns.
Outstanding Fines, Fees (including Tuition), and Focus Time: On Wednesday, May 14, students and parents will receive an email of any outstanding tuition, unserved Focus Time, unpaid fines (parking/library/textbook/iPad, etc.). Seniors are to bring in any items or money Thursday or Friday morning - everything must be turned in by Friday and ALL Focus Time must be served to walk at graduation on Sunday.

Afternoon: makeup exams or seniors dismissed
Friday, May 16
Casual Dress Day
Senior Breakfast and Graduation Practice will take place starting at 8:30 am on Friday in the Schubert Commons.
Seniors will be given any money left in their lunch accounts before breakfast, unless they have a sibling, in which case the money will be transferred to that sibling’s account.
Immunization records will be sent home at this time.
Students with medications in the Health Services Center will have those sent home with them Friday unless other arrangements have been made.
Senior fines, fees and tuition are due Friday, May 16. Outstanding Focus Time and all fees must be served/paid before they can walk at graduation on Sunday.
Sunday, May 18
Graduates arrive at 1:30 pm and report to the theatre – don’t forget your cap, gown, and tassel!
The Graduation Ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm. Doors open at 1:00 pm.
