- 100% of Xavier students are involved in community and parish service
- 95% of Juniors attend a 3-day retreat called KAIROS
- Students participate in new XCEED conference every other year with a wide variety of faith development-centered breakout sessions (some sessions are also offered for parents)
- Mass each Friday during school year at 7 a.m. in the Chapel, with all-day Eucharistic Adoration immediately following (all are welcome)
- All-school Mass once per month (all are welcome)
- Reconciliation offered on campus
- All school days begin and end with prayer (listen to morning prayers...)
