Rachael Carolan

Rachael was born and raised in Ohio where she graduated with her BS in English Education from Bowling Green State University. Upon graduating college, she worked for Carnival Cruise Lines in the child & youth camps onboard ships. She made her way to Iowa through connections she made doing Camp Adventure through the University of Northern Iowa. While volunteering with Camp Adventure, Rachael worked in and directed child development centers and teen camps in Hawaii, Germany, The Netherlands, and Italy. In 2021, Rachael graduated from Mount Mercy University with her BA in Education, which is a huge part of why she decided to join the team at Xavier High School.
