The Mikayla Sherman Scholarship (formerly the St. Francis Xavier Scholarship) is named in honor of Mikayla Sherman (X15). A true Saint. Her kindness and support of others will never be forgotten. May the recipient of this scholarship honor her legacy by living the life she lived, through the love of God and others. The Mikayla Sherman Scholarship offers full tuition for up to four years to a qualifying Xavier High School student. Students in grades 9th-11th may apply.
NEW THIS YEAR: St. Matthew Elementary students (K-5th) and Regis students (6th-8th) may also apply.
In order to be eligible for consideration of the St. Francis Xavier Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:
Once the scholarship is awarded, the student must maintain a 3.0 GPA and have no major disciplinary issues. At Xavier High School, this scholarship is awarded for full-tuition for four years (or the length of time at the school currently applying for.) For St. Matthew Elementary and Regis Middle School, this scholarship is awarded for one-year only. Applicants can reapply each year.
